DART, Inc., didn’t look like much. Ralph had bought the single-story brick building eight years ago with a loan that nearly choked him to death, then spent every weekend for a year putting in the work himself. New roof. New electrical. He’d found black mold in the walls and almost torched the place out of spite. Three months of killing himself with bleach, and the south wing was clean.
