Chapter 5

I didn’t feel comfortable with where we were because I did not know the area. My astral sight activated and searched the region we were traveling through. I saw a few squads of elves trying to clean up and bury their dead. With a scan of the area, I tried to look for Dominic. Discovering his whereabouts involved persistence and overcoming the reluctance of some who were wary of us. A command tent was set up and had guards at the entrance as we approached. Because of the sounds of arguing inside, we stopped.
